About the role

As a Recruitment Specialist at Corporate Stalwarts, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing top talent for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers, while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients alike. Key Responsibilities: • Talent Acquisition Specialist /Recruiter / HR Recruiter is responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviewing & negotiation of compensation packages. • Sourcing of candidates through various job portals, and social media channels like LinkedIn, google, Facebook, and Instagram. • Should be good in Mapping/Headhunting and reference generations. • Screening the candidates as per the Job description/Assessment parameter and creating a panel for interviews within the timeline. • Interview line-ups, follow-ups with candidates, Negotiate on salary, designation, and date of joining with candidates. • Preparing daily candidate MIS and keeping records of interviews and candidate database in the Recruitment Management Software. • Good Relationship Manager- who can judge the candidates and maintain strong pre- and post-joining follow-ups.
