Role Description The Corporate Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with a mix of on-site meetings and some work-from-home flexibility. This role focuses on managing and growing corporate relationships, including HR and benefits teams, to promote Anvayaa’s Nishchint home care and wellness offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospective corporate partners, conducting presentations and demos, coordinating proposals, and supporting contract negotiations. The Corporate Specialist will collaborate with internal operations, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding, timely service delivery, and ongoing engagement for corporate clients and their employees. The role also involves tracking key account metrics, gathering feedback to improve services, maintaining accurate CRM records, and supporting events, webinars, and outreach initiatives aimed at expanding Anvayaa’s corporate footprint.
Qualifications
- Experience in corporate sales, business development, or key account management, preferably in healthcare, wellness, HR solutions, or related service industries.
- Strong client relationship management skills, including stakeholder engagement with HR, benefits, and corporate leadership teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to explain service offerings clearly to diverse audiences.
- Solid organizational and coordination skills, including managing multiple corporate accounts, proposals, and follow-ups in parallel.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to track leads, accounts, and performance metrics.
- Understanding of employee wellness, elder care, or home care services is an advantage.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with readiness to travel within New Delhi and nearby regions for client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or a related field; relevant certifications in sales
