Role Description
This is a full-time and hybrid mode , on-site role based in New Delhi for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager. The CSR Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring social impact initiatives aligned with the organization's values. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating CSR projects, engaging employees in community initiatives, fostering partnerships, and communicating the impact of these initiatives to stakeholders and the public. The CSR Manager will ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with applicable regulations.
Qualifications
- Raising Fund and collaboration with Corporates companies.
- Proficiency in Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and strategies
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and measure the impact of programs
- Excellent Communication skills, including public speaking and stakeholder engagement
- Project Management experience to plan and execute CSR initiatives effectively
- Expertise in fostering Employee Engagement in social responsibility and community programs
- Ability to build partnerships with diverse stakeholders
- Relevant experience in a similar role is a significant advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Studies, Public Relations, or a related field
