About the Role
YoloHealth is hiring a CSR & Fundraising Manager to lead our outreach, CSR, and community engagement initiatives across India. This role sits at the intersection of social impact and resource mobilization—you will not only drive community health programs but actively build the funding ecosystem that sustains and scales them.
What You'll Do
Community Outreach & Program Delivery
- Plan and execute community health camps, outreach events, and preventive health awareness drives across target geographies
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteers and community health champions to extend YoloHealth's ground reach
- Build and sustain partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, ASHA/ANM networks, and healthcare organizations
CSR & Fundraising
- Identify and pursue corporate CSR funding opportunities by positioning YoloHealth as a credible implementation partner for companies fulfilling their Schedule VII health mandates
- Develop compelling donor pitches, grant proposals, and funding decks for foundations, government schemes (NHM, Ayushman Bharat), and philanthropic bodies
- Build and manage a fundraising pipeline—from prospecting and outreach to proposal submission and closure
- Drive cause marketing tie-ups with insurance, pharma, and FMCG brands aligned with preventive health
- Explore and manage crowdfunding campaigns on platforms like Ketto or Milaap for targeted community health initiatives
Budget & Impact Management
- Own and manage the annual outreach and CSR budget, ensuring optimal fund allocation across programs
- Track program performance using measurable health impact metrics (screenings done, lives reached, cost per beneficiary)
- Prepare impact reports and fund utilization statements for corporate donors, foundations, and leadership
- Maintain compliance with CSR documentation requirements under the Companies Act 2013
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in community outreach, CSR, non-profit fund development, or grant management
- Demonstrated track record of securing corporate CSR funds, grants, or donor partnerships
- Hands-on experience writing grant proposals or donor proposals—ability to translate health impact into funding narratives
- Strong budget planning and fund utilization experience
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with government health schemes (NHM, Ayushman Bharat, PM e-DRIVE equivalent health programs) is a plus
- Healthcare or healthtech background preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's in Social Work (BSW/MSW), Public Health, or Development Studies
