Hiring: Program Manager – Indian Heritage Arts & Crafts (Consultant / Contract Role)
Location: Bengaluru (Corporate Office)
We are looking for a Program Manager (Consultant) to support the implementation of our CSR initiatives in the Indian Heritage Arts & Crafts sector. This role will work closely with the Vertical Lead to manage program operations, partner coordination, field monitoring, and governance processes across craft clusters and implementation partners.
Role Overview
The position will serve as the operational backbone of the program—ensuring strong implementation standards, build governance frameworks, financial compliance, and structured reporting across initiatives that support artisan livelihoods and craft ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with NGOs, craft clusters, and technical partners to ensure adherence to quality, sustainability, and artisan welfare standards
- Conduct periodic field visits to monitor production quality and working conditions
- Support SOP development, documentation, and program processes
- Coordinate with Finance and Legal for MoUs, vendor onboarding, grant releases, and invoices
- Ensure CSR compliance, partner due diligence, utilization certificates, and audit readiness
- Track budgets, KPIs, and consolidate partner reports
- Support stakeholder coordination across NGOs, craft institutions, and internal teams
- Capture field insights, visuals, and stories to support CSR communications
Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of experience in Program Management, CSR operations, development sector projects, or partner coordination
- Exposure to craft, artisan, or cultural heritage ecosystems is preferred
- Backgrounds could include Development Studies, Public Policy, Art History, LLB, or similar fields
- Strong Excel, documentation, compliance, and coordination skills
- Comfortable with field travel to craft clusters
