Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager. The CSR Manager will develop and implement CSR strategies that align with the goals of Project Veer, while ensuring compliance with corporate standards. Key responsibilities include managing CSR projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, promoting employee engagement in CSR activities, and measuring the impact of programs. The role involves building strong relationships with community organizations, reporting progress, and preparing documentation to showcase the organization’s commitment to social responsibility.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Corporate Social Responsibility and Employee Engagement to design and implement impactful programs.
- Proficiency in Project Management and Analytical Skills to plan, execute, and evaluate CSR initiatives efficiently.
- Strong Communication skills to engage stakeholders, build relationships, and convey the organization’s mission effectively.
- Understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the veteran community is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; prior experience in corporate social responsibility or community engagement is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
