Position Overview:

The CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Head will be responsible for developing and managing CSR partnerships, fundraising, and corporate collaborations to support the social initiatives of Kashi Educare Society. The role involves building relationships with companies, planning CSR projects, and ensuring successful execution of social development programs in areas such as education, women empowerment, health awareness, and community development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement CSR strategies to support the mission of Kashi Educare Society.

Identify and approach companies for CSR partnerships and funding opportunities.

Build strong relationships with corporate partners, donors, and stakeholders.

Prepare CSR project proposals, presentations, and reports for companies.

Coordinate CSR-funded programs such as education support, health awareness, menstrual hygiene awareness, and community development initiatives.

Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and impact measurement of CSR activities.

Work with the NGO team to plan and execute social projects effectively.

Organize CSR events, awareness programs, and donation drives.

Maintain compliance with CSR guidelines and NGO policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience in CSR management, NGO partnerships, or fundraising is preferred.

Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.

Ability to develop proposals and manage corporate relationships.

Passion for social impact and community development.

Preferred Experience:

Experience working with NGOs or CSR departments of companies.

Knowledge of CSR regulations and corporate funding processes in India.
