Role Description
The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Assistant will support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of CSR initiatives at Karizma Konnect. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad will involve coordinating social impact programs, building relationships with stakeholders, organizing community outreach activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. The role will also include tracking and reporting the outcomes of CSR projects and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to promote sustainable business practices.
Qualifications:-
- Plan and implement CSR initiatives, community development programs, and sustainability activities.
- Identify CSR projects aligned with company values, business goals, and social impact priorities.
- Coordinate with NGOs, community groups, employees, vendors, and internal departments
- Prepare CSR presentations, and documentation for management and statutory compliance.
- Track budgets, utilization, outcomes, and impact of CSR programs.
- Monitor regulatory updates, ethical standards, and best practices related to CSR.
Skills Required:-
- Strong communication skills is mandatory
- Good planning, coordination, and reporting ability.
- Only 0 to 1 Year of experience is mandatory.
