Job Summary
We are seeking a driven, client-focused professional to manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients. This role combines relationship management, service delivery and sales—focused on understanding client insurance needs, improving satisfaction and driving revenue through new business and cross-selling.
What You Will Deliver
- Grow and retain a profitable SME client portfolio.
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets through new business and cross-selling.
- Provide timely, high-quality client service and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships and insurance needs for a portfolio of SME clients.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the SME segment.
- Develop and execute tailored solutions, including cross-selling relevant insurance and financial products.
- Achieve individual and portfolio sales targets; track performance metrics.
- Provide prompt responses to client queries and ensure smooth service delivery by coordinating internal stakeholders.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and implement retention strategies.

Qualifications
