Role Description
The Corporate Sales Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The trainer will lead and deliver sales training sessions, design content tailored to enhance sales teams’ skills, and support the development of effective sales processes. Responsibilities include evaluating training effectiveness, creating insightful materials, providing feedback to team members, and keeping up with industry trends to improve sales strategies. This role requires a dynamic individual who can facilitate impactful learning experiences and help teams excel in sales performance and customer engagements.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Trainings and Corporate Training
- Strong understanding of Sales Processes and effective practices
- Ability to coach and develop Customer Service and Sales teams
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills
- Proficiency in creating training materials and assessing training effectiveness
- Ability to analyze team performance and recommend improvements
- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
