Roles & Responsibilities: Corporate Sales for IGP Business

Client Relationship & Sales:
Provide excellent customer service / experience with the ability to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships.
Be Brand Ambassador and able to understand and suggest products and services as per the customer’s needs. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach
Track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.
Prepare specific client pitch materials, including RFP responses.
Timely and accurate forecasting to build predictable and recurring revenue.
Aggressive sales tactics with strong exposure of working with prominent and high-profile corporates.
Have been successful in building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers, establishing large
volume & high profit accounts as well as maintaining top and bottom-line profitability.
Oversee the revenue and operations of the territory assigned.
Continuously monitoring the achievement of targets by keeping close check on weekly, monthly & quarterly.
Analyze market and establish competitive advantages, uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance. Maintain & control the churn ratio and revenue collection to stay at par.

Graduate with a minimum of 3-8 years of experience in B2B SALES
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels
Excellent organisational skills
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
Strong track record of success within key account management, ideally within the SAAS / Corporate Gifting industry, with proven experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales, Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
Displays Customer Centricity, Innovation and is an Agile persona.
