Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients for room bookings, events, and conferences.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Coordinate with operations and events teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Represent Orchid Parc Hotel at corporate networking events and industry forums.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in hospitality or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver consistent results.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue generated from corporate accounts.
- Number of new corporate clients acquired.
- Client retention and satisfaction scores.
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
