Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram for a Corporate Sales Manager at Olivlife. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing and expanding client accounts, generating leads, executing sales strategies to achieve targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also includes overseeing sales operations, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Account Management to foster and build strong business relationships.
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales to identify and convert potential clients effectively.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring client satisfaction and trust.
- Experience in Sales Operations to streamline processes and track performance metrics accurately.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate B2B sales or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in team settings.
