Key Responsibilities
- Receive project handover from the sales team and understand client requirements
- Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and trackers
- Coordinate with operations, technical, procurement, site, and support teams
- Manage communication between clients, members, vendors, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely milestone achievement
- Maintain reports, documentation, approvals, and project trackers
- Share regular project updates with clients and management
- Conduct site inspections and follow up on pending work or quality concerns
- Identify risks, delays, dependencies, and escalations proactively
- Manage client queries, change requests, and escalations professionally
- Ensure smooth project closure, handover, and customer satisfaction
