We’re Hiring: Corporate Sales Manager (B2B) | Spiderlink Networks Pvt. Ltd.

Spiderlink is building a next-gen network platform across broadband, enterprise connectivity, and infrastructure.
We’re not looking for pipeline fillers.
We’re looking for closers who build, convert, and compound accounts.

What You’ll Own
• New revenue across Enterprise & SME
• A 3–4x qualified pipeline with consistent closures
• Key accounts: retention + expansion
• Deal quality: yield, tenure—not just volume

What You’ll Do
• Acquire and grow corporate clients across your territory
• Sell solutions, not SKUs (Lease Line, Broadband, Managed Services, Infra)
• Own the full cycle: prospect → proposal → closure → handover
• Build relationships with decision-makers
• Work closely with network, ops, and delivery for execution
• Stay sharp on pricing, competition, and local demand pockets

Who This Is For
• 3–7 years in B2B sales (ISP / Telecom / IT / Services)
• Experience in enterprise connectivity / recurring revenue models

• Predictable pipeline with strong conversion
• 2–3 anchor accounts closed
• Expansion within key accounts
• Less discounting, more value-led wins

Compensation (Built for Closers)
• Strong fixed + uncapped variable
• Incentives linked to:
• Revenue booked
• Deal quality (margin & tenure)
• Account expansion / renewals
• Accelerators for over-achievement (earn disproportionately more as you outperform)
