We’re Hiring: Corporate B2B Manager
At Zydus Lifesciences Limited, we are strengthening our corporate vaccination vertical and looking for a high-potential professional to drive this agenda.
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad
Experience: 2–3 years (Corporate Wellness / B2B Engagement)
Qualification: Graduate
Role Overview - This is a front-line corporate engagement role focused on building and scaling vaccination programs across organizations.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with senior stakeholders including CHROs, CXOs, CEOs, Chief Medical Officers, and Corporate Wellness teams
* Drive awareness and advocacy for vaccination within corporate ecosystems
* Conceptualize and implement end-to-end corporate vaccination programs
* Build and manage long-term partnerships with corporates
* Expand outreach across corporates, schools, and insurance companies
* Ensure sustained engagement with employees through the year
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in corporate wellness / employee health programs
- Strong exposure to engaging with senior leadership (CHRO/CXO level)
- Ability to design and execute large-scale wellness initiatives
- High ownership, strong communication, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for healthcare impact
