Role Description
We are seeking a Corporate Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. The Corporate Sales Manager will build and manage client relationships, drive lead generation efforts, design and implement sales strategies, and oversee sales operations. The role involves a consultative sales approach to meet client requirements, ensuring high customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships
- Experience in Lead Generation and identifying potential business opportunities
- Strong Sales skills, including meeting and exceeding quotas, and negotiating contracts
- Customer Service skills for addressing client needs and ensuring a high standard of satisfaction
- Proficiency in Sales Operations, including reporting, forecasting, and process optimization
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple clients effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in corporate travel, transportation, or related industries is preferred
