We’re Hiring | Corporate Sales Manager
Location: South Delhi/Noida (Delhi NCR Candidates Preferred)
Experience: 1–2 Years
At Claims & Repairs, we are building a technology-led automotive aftersales and claims ecosystem for businesses across India. We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Corporate Sales Manager who can help us expand our B2B partnerships and drive strategic business growth across industries.
If you have strong communication skills, experience in B2B sales, and the ability to build relationships with Managers, Senior Managers, and key decision-makers — we would love to connect with you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with potential B2B clients across Insurance, Automotive, RSA, Fleet, Leasing, Mobility, and Service industries
• Build and maintain a strong database of high-potential prospects
• Initiate outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and meetings
• Schedule and coordinate business discussions with leadership teams and decision-makers
• Draft professional business proposals, presentations, and partnership pitches
• Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into long-term business relationships
• Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline progress
• Develop strategic partnerships to support business expansion
Candidate Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in Corporate Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in interacting with Managers, Senior Managers, and business stakeholders
• Prior experience in Insurance, Service Assistance, Automotive, Mobility, or related industries preferred
• Ability to draft business proposals and handle client communication professionally
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident personality
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
