Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Corporate Sales Manager to join our team on-site at our office in the Greater Chennai Area. In this role, you will lead and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, build and manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, and achieving sales targets. You will also represent the company at industry events, workshops, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and client acquisition.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analytics to track sales performance and market trends.
- Proven ability to conduct market research and develop effective sales strategies and presentations.
- Effective negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Leadership skills, with experience managing a team and driving results in a target-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of technology-driven industries, environmental solutions, or resource management is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
