Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Corporate Sales executive to drive sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying business opportunities, creating tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets while supporting the overall sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Assist in developing and executing corporate sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new corporate clients and business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Proposal and Negotiation:
- Prepare customized proposals and presentations for corporate clients.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure deals while ensuring profitability.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor strategies, and client needs.
- Provide insights to the sales team to refine approaches and offerings.
- Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to deliver tailored solutions.
- Support senior sales managers in planning and implementing large-scale sales initiatives.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress.
- Generate and present reports on sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- Experience: 2 to 3 yrs in corporate sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients effectively.
