Role Description The Corporate Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving revenue growth from corporate clients and strategic accounts. This role includes identifying new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The Corporate Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with HR, mobility, and procurement stakeholders, present tailored relocation solutions, and negotiate commercial terms. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing account plans, tracking sales performance, coordinating with operations and service teams to ensure excellent service delivery, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The role also involves representing ReloNXT at industry events, gathering market and competitor insights, and contributing to sales strategies and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience managing the full B2B sales cycle and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Proven Account Management capabilities, including relationship building, upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account planning.
- Solid Sales Operations experience, including pipeline management, forecasting, and use of CRM tools to track activities and outcomes.
- Excellent Customer Service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, issue resolution, and long-term client satisfaction.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in relocation, global mobility, real estate, or related service industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
