Industry: Healthcare / Super-specialty Hospital/Insurance.
The Role
As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will be the face of Rainbow Children’s Hospital to our corporate partners. You will drive revenue by building strategic alliances with MNCs, TPAs, and public sector undertakings to ensure Rainbow is their preferred healthcare provider.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and empanel new corporate clients, PSUs, and insurance companies.
Revenue Growth: Execute sales strategies to increase patient inflow and brand visibility.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong CXO-level relationships and ensure seamless service delivery for corporate employees.
Market Intelligence: Track competitor trends and market needs to position our specialized pediatric and maternity services effectively.
What We Are Looking For
Proven Track Record: At least 5+ years of experience in B2B or Corporate Sales, preferably within the healthcare or insurance sector.
Networkers: Someone with an established network in the HR/Admin fraternity in Delhi.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to present to senior leadership.
Education: MBA or Postgraduate degree in Marketing/Hospital Management is preferred.
