Role: Business Development – SME Insurance (PROBUS Insurance Broker Pvt Ltd)Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage corporate/SME clients for general insurance (fire, marine, engineering, liability).
- Understand client needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers (CFOs, HR heads, etc.).
- Drive revenue through new business and cross-selling.
- Handle renewals, client servicing, and end-to-end relationship management.
- Maintain MIS, track targets, and update client data regularly.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in insurance).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and a team player.
- Graduate in any stream.
