Magostays is the largest property management company for vacation homes, farmhouses, and luxury villas around Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Lead Generation: Actively hunt, pitch, and onboard corporate clients and SMEs across Hyderabad's major business hubs (HITEC City, Gachibowli, Financial District, Madhapur, etc.).
- Drive Offsite & Event Bookings: Sell MagoStays properties for corporate retreats, leadership meetings, annual team offsites, and weekday getaways.
- End-to-End Sales: Own the entire sales cycle—from cold calling and corporate park visits to conducting property site inspections with clients, negotiating contracts, and closing the deal.
- Target EA & HR Networks: Build strong relationships with Executive Assistants, Admin Heads, HR Managers, and corporate event planners who control company event budgets.
- SME Account Management: Target fast-growing tech startups and SMEs in Hyderabad who regularly host team bonding events but want unique, premium alternatives to traditional hotels.
- Pipeline Tracking: Maintain a clean, daily record of leads, follow-ups, and closures in our CRM.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid experience as a Corporate Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager in a 4/5-star hotel, premium resort chain, or co-working enterprise sales (e.g., WeWork, Awfis).
- The Local Rolodex: An existing network of corporate travel desks, admin heads, or HR managers in Hyderabad is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to confidently present to corporate HRs and C-suite executives. Knowledge of Telugu/Hindi is a big plus for local vendor/client coordination.
- Field Hustle: This is not a desk job. You should be highly comfortable traveling across Hyderabad for client meetings and taking corporate clients for property site visits around the city's outskirts.
- Vehicle Ownership: Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler with a valid driving license for daily corporate visits.
