Job Title: Associate Director / Manager – Corporate Sales & MICE

About the Role LuxeVenue.ai is seeking a high-performing Corporate Sales professional to drive our MICE and large-scale corporate event vertical. You will be responsible for positioning LuxeVenue.ai as the ultimate technology-driven solution for corporate gatherings, off-sites, and international conferences. This is a role for a Hunter who has a proven track record of opening doors at the highest levels of corporate India.
Your Responsibilities
1. Corporate Pitching & Acquisition You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle—from identifying potential corporate clients to delivering high-impact pitches. You must be able to articulate how our AI-driven features (3D walkthroughs, real-time inventory, and secure escrow) solve the traditional headaches of corporate event planning.
2. MICE Strategy You must have a deep understanding of MICE dynamics. You will design and sell tailored packages for corporate off-sites, award ceremonies, and leadership summits, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects our brand's "White-Glove" service.
3. Leveraging Existing Networks We are looking for someone with an active and robust database of corporate decision-makers (HR Heads, Admin Leads, and Procurement Officers). You should be able to leverage your existing relationships to secure immediate meetings and RFP (Request for Proposal) opportunities.
4. Revenue Generation This is a target-oriented role. You will be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly revenue goals through new client acquisition and the retention of existing corporate accounts.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 5 to 8 years in Corporate Sales, specifically within the Event Management, 5-Star Hospitality, or MICE industry.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of corporate event logistics, budgeting, and the "Premium" expectations of HNI corporate clients.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication and presentation skills. You should be comfortable presenting to CEOs and Board Members.
- Tech-Savvy: Ability to demonstrate and sell a technology-first product. You must be able to explain the Luxe Venue Advantage clearly.
