About the Role
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented professional to manage and grow our corporate wellness partnerships. This role involves end-to-end ownership of corporate accounts, including new client acquisition, account management, renewals, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales and a good understanding of corporate wellness, insurance, or employee benefits ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities -
1. Business Development (70%)
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients
- Build and present customized proposals to potential clients
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Achieve defined sales and revenue targets
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
2. Account Management (30%)
- Manage and nurture existing corporate accounts
- Drive renewals and ensure high retention rates
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
Candidates with experience in Health-tech aggregators, Insurance, SaaS companies in employee benefits or HR tech ecosystems are preferred
