Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Sales Manager role located in Mumbai. The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for managing corporate client accounts, generating leads, driving sales, maintaining high levels of customer service, and improving operational sales processes. The role requires active interaction with clients, collaboration with internal teams, and consistent delivery of business targets aligned with corporate objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Account Management and the ability to build and sustain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Expertise in Lead Generation and Sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Strong background in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Experience in Sales Operations, including process optimization and reporting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus
