Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Sales Manager at FFOUR, based in New Delhi. The Corporate Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients. Responsibilities include managing accounts, overseeing sales operations, generating leads, meeting sales targets, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience through effective communication and service. The role requires collaboration across teams to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to meet market demands.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Account Management and fostering long-term client relationships
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent Customer Service skills to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Familiarity with Sales Operations, including managing processes and ensuring seamless execution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales technology platforms is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
