Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Corporate Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities include managing relationships with corporate clients, generating leads, driving sales, and providing excellent customer service. The Corporate Sales Manager will also co-ordinate with the operations team in customising client requirements and shall report to the top Management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Account Management and maintaining corporate client relationships
- Strong Lead Generation and Sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Customer Service experience with an emphasis on building and maintaining client satisfaction
- Expertise in Sales Operations, including strategy implementation and performance tracking
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Relevant experience in diagnostic sales to corporates is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferable
