🚨 🎯 We’re Hiring : Corporate Sales Manager (BTB-Sales)
We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and managing key accounts. The role involves handling the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client engagement to closures and relationship management working closely with design, estimation, Planning, Production and project teams.

📍 Location: Hyderabad & Mumbai / Pune.

Preference: Commercial Interiors / Workplace Solutions / Furniture (B2B).
✨ Key Responsibilities:
🔁Business Development & Sales
🔁Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate and institutional segments
🔁Generate leads through networking, consultants, architects, PMCs, and channel partners
🔁Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Client Relationship Management
🔁 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and decision-makers
🔁 Act as the single point of contact for key accounts
🔁 Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business Proposal & Closure Management.
🔁 Coordinate with design, estimation, and procurement teams for proposals and BOQs
🔁 Prepare and present proposals, commercial offers, and negotiations
🔁Drive deal closures while maintaining healthy margins Market Intelligence
🔁Track market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
🔁Identify new sectors, regions, and growth opportunities
🔁Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports to management Internal Coordination
🔁 Work closely with marketing for lead conversion and brand visibility
🔁 Coordinate with project execution teams for smooth handover post-order
🔁Ensure timely documentation, contracts, and payment follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications.
- BE, BTECH or related field (MBA preferred)
- 6–10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in commercial interior products/ furniture sales.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client handling skills
- · Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- · Understanding of BOQs, costing, contracts, and project-based sales
- · Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

· Revenue achievement vs targets

· Conversion ratio (leads to orders)
· Gross margin per project
· Repeat business and client retention
