Role Overview
The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for managing key corporate accounts, acquiring new clients, and supporting the sales team in driving revenue growth. This role requires strong client relationship management, negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure client satisfaction and business success.
Location : Bangalore, Karnataka and Gurugram, Haryana.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring strong relationships and repeat business.
- Identify and acquire new corporate accounts, TMCs, and intermediaries.
- Lead corporate rate negotiations and finalize agreements with decision-makers.
- Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets by contributing to lead generation and deal closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams (revenue, operations, reservations) to ensure seamless client service.
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and share insights with management to refine strategies.
- Represent Bloom Hotels at networking forums, corporate events, and industry trade shows.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance where needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–6 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in hospitality, travel, or aviation.
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage high-value corporate accounts.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
