Responsibilities:
· Requirement is for someone who can actively drive business growth, open new markets, and build strategic partnerships with key enterprise accounts.
· Sales of Corporate health check, diagnostic, occupation health services
· Acquire new corporate clients and channel partners
· Business development of existing clients
· Willing to travel inter and intra city for business development
· Achieve the sales targets by account mining for additional business through continuous client engagement
· Effective assessment of client needs and propose customized solutions that best address those needs
· Develop multi-level relationships with key stakeholders in the client organizations
· Support Customer care, operation team, credit team and other internal stack holders for client servicing.
Required Criteria:
For this role, profiles from organizations from similar preventive healthcare / aggregator businesses would be more relevant, as they operate in a similar ecosystem and bring direct experience in enterprise partnerships, corporate wellness, and strategic account management.
Additionally, the scale of our business is significant - we are managing a portfolio of approximately INR 50 Cr. Hence, we need someone who has already handled a business of similar scale, has a strong hold in the market, and can leverage existing relationships to bring in large key account
We are looking for a strong corporate healthcare sales professional for the Bengaluru market with the below profile:
- Currently managing a ₹5–15 Cr business portfolio
- 8 -12 + years of experience in Bengaluru corporate & PSU market
- Strong relationships with Category A/B/C corporate accounts
- Proven experience in OHC, On-site clinics, Preventive Health Checks, and Diagnostic sales
- Strong track record in new business acquisition and key account management
- Ability to engage with HR, Admin, Procurement, and Health benefit senior management.
