Role Description The Corporate Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad. The Corporate Sales Manager will identify, develop, and manage relationships with corporate clients, focusing on selling group travel, incentive tours, meetings, conferences, and other travel services. This role includes generating leads, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales to achieve revenue and profitability targets. The Corporate Sales Manager will coordinate with operations and product teams to design tailored travel solutions, ensure timely service delivery, and maintain high client satisfaction. Daily responsibilities also include monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, attending client meetings and industry events, and contributing to sales strategies and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in corporate sales or business development, ideally in travel, tourism, hospitality, or related services.
- Strong client relationship management skills, including prospecting, stakeholder engagement, and account retention.
- Ability to design and present customized travel solutions for groups, incentive tours, meetings, and conferences.
- Solid negotiation and contract management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple corporate accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic reporting and analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field; relevant certifications in sales or travel management are beneficial.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel products, especially Asia Pacific destinations, and familiarity with group travel operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach.
