ABOUT THE ROLE-
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer with prior experience or strong exposure to the furniture, furnishing, or interior design ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings a strong network of architects, interior designers, builders, and developers — and thrives in a B2B sales environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
Develop and grow B2B business for furniture and interior solutions
Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, builders & developers
Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert prospects into long-term clients
Identify new business opportunities within the interior and construction ecosystem
Coordinate with internal design & execution teams for smooth project delivery
Manage and mentor a small team of business development executives
Track sales pipeline, maintain client database, and report performance regularly
