SportiWe is a corporate wellness and sports engagement platform focused on improving employee health, productivity, and engagement through customized wellness programs.
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Corporate Sales Manager to drive B2B sales of our corporate wellness solutions across companies in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, building relationships with HR leaders, and closing high-value wellness partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate leads across corporates in Bangalore
- Pitch SportiWe’s corporate wellness programs to HR, Admin, and Leadership teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR stakeholders
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos
- Customize wellness solutions based on client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution
Requirements- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Proven experience in corporate sales / enterprise sales
- Experience working with HRs or corporate decision-makers is highly preferred
- Background in wellness, fitness, or employee engagement solutions is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven with a strong hunter mindset
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
Location- Bangalore (field + office + client meetings)
Compensation- Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA (Fixed)
