Job Title: Corporate Sales lead – Fingpay (Tapits Technologies
Location: Indore
Experience: 5–10 Years
Industry Preference: Fintech / Payments / Collection/ Financial Services
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring and managing enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fintech, digital payments, or financial services, with a proven track record in B2B sales and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients for fintech/payment solutions
- Drive revenue growth by selling products such as payment gateways, POS solutions, API integrations, lending products, etc.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, Finance Heads, Procurement Teams)
- Understand client requirements and propose customized financial/technology solutions
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitch, negotiation, closure, and post-sales support
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, tech, operations) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review
Key Requirements:
- 5–9 years of experience in B2B sales within fintech, banking, or financial services
- Strong understanding of digital payments, merchant acquiring, or financial products
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in enterprise or corporate sales is highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA in Sales/Marketing/Finance or equivalent
- Prior experience in fintech companies or payment solution providers
- Exposure to enterprise client handling and large deal closures
