Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team by engaging potential customers, understanding their requirements, and providing product information to drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins if applicable)
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewelry products
Provide detailed product information including pricing, designs, and customization options
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups
Maintain and update customer databases and lead tracking systems
Assist in preparing quotations and proposals
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
