Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced professional in Corporate Sales – General Insurance to drive business growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients. The role involves developing strong relationships with corporates, identifying insurance needs, and providing suitable risk management and insurance solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow corporate insurance business through direct client acquisition.
- Identify potential corporate clients, SMEs and institutions for general insurance products.
- Promote and sell products such as Property Insurance, Liability Insurance, Marine Insurance, Engineering Insurance, Group Personal Accident, and Health Insurance
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, Finance Heads, Risk Managers, and decisionmakers in corporate organizations.
- Understand client risk exposure and provide customized insurance solutions.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for quotes, negotiations, and policy placements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to policy issuance.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure renewal retention.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support business growth.
Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in General Insurance Corporate Sales / Broking / Insurance Companies
- Proven experience in handling corporate clients and generating business
