Key Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound corporate enquiries received through phone, email, website, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Guide clients through the complete sales journey from enquiry to booking confirmation with a seamless customer experience.
- Track enquiry conversion metrics, customer feedback, and continuously improve the booking experience.
- Identify and reach out to HR teams, corporate event coordinators, office administrators, and key decision-makers.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals.
- Build and nurture long-term corporate relationships to drive repeat bookings.
