If relocating from other city (outside Gujarat), relocation bonus will be additional.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad/Vadodara for a Corporate Sales Executive - IT Solutions. The role involves developing and managing business relationships with SMEs, corporates, institutions, and private organizations while driving sales growth across the IT products and solutions portfolio of GroNext.
The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting client meetings, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable IT solutions, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong techno-commercial background with a sound understanding of IT infrastructure products such as servers, storage, networking, enterprise computing, cloud solutions, and related technologies. The individual will work closely with customers, vendors, OEMs, and internal teams to deliver the right solutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
The role requires a proactive, target-oriented professional capable of combining technical knowledge with strong business development and relationship management skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, IT sales, or solution selling
- Strong understanding of servers, storage, networking, enterprise hardware, cloud solutions, and IT infrastructure products
- Ability to understand technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions to clients
- Experience in lead generation, business development, and client acquisition
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work with OEMs, vendors, distributors, and internal technical teams
- Understanding of the IT procurement process within SMEs and corporate organizations
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage pricing, quotations, and deal closures
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in identifying growth opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in IT distribution, system integration, enterprise sales, or solution sales will be a strong advantage
Experience: 3-5 years minimum
Educational Qualification: Graduate or above
Office Timing: 09:30 AM to 07:00 PM

Key Responsibilities – Corporate Sales Executive (IT Solutions):
- Business Development: Identify, approach, and acquire new SME, corporate, institutional, and enterprise customers for IT products and solutions.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, cold calling, digital platforms, and customer visits.
- Client Requirement Analysis: Understand customer business and technical requirements and propose suitable IT infrastructure and technology solutions.
- Technical Pre-Sales Support: Engage with customers to discuss server specifications, networking requirements, storage solutions, cloud offerings, and other enterprise IT products.
- Solution & Proposal Development: Prepare quotations, technical proposals, solution recommendations, presentations, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
- Sales Closure: Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, order closure, and customer onboarding.
- Vendor & OEM Coordination: Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and vendors for pricing, product availability, technical support, demonstrations, and special commercial approvals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, IT managers, and business leaders.
- Revenue & Target Achievement: Consistently achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, emerging technologies, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with technical, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, CRM updates, and management reports.
