Key Responsibilities
- Managing and operating OTA dashboards on a daily basis
- Updating availability, pricing, and blocking of dates accurately and on time.
- Ensuring there are no double bookings across platforms at any point.
- Handling guest inquiries, confirmations, modifications, and cancellations in a professional manner.
- Coordinating check-in, check-out, and special guest requirements with the operations team.
- Following up with guests after checkout for feedback and review collection.
- Handling sales inquiries received via phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Converting inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Clearly explaining villa details, pricing, house rules, and offers to guests
- Negotiating with guests strictly within company-approved pricing and policies.
- Following up for advance and balance payments in a timely manner.
- Sharing payment confirmations and booking details with management without delay.
