Key Responsibilities
- Customer interaction:�Greet visitors, conduct needs assessments, and guide customers through the showroom and vehicle options.
- Sales process:�Demonstrate vehicle features, organize test drives, negotiate pricing, and close sales, often meeting strict monthly quotas.
- Product knowledge:�Maintain comprehensive knowledge of vehicle inventory, features, accessories, and competitor models.
- Documentation & delivery:�Prepare, process, and accurately complete all sales-related paperwork.
- Lead generation/follow-up:�Utilize CRM software for prospecting (cold calling) and following up with past customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaboration:�Work with the finance department to structure deals and assist in maintaining the dealership showroom's appearance.�
