Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound B2B leads generated through website, campaigns, and partner channels.
- Proactively reach out to prospective corporate clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Understand client requirements for employee gifting, festive gifting, client gifting, and marketing events.
- Share product catalogues, pricing, customized proposals, and gifting solutions based on client needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, operations) to create accurate quotations and timelines.
- Nurture leads and maintain strong follow-ups until final closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering exceptional service.
- Maintain CRM entries, track lead status, and report daily/weekly sales progress.
- Upsell and cross-sell based on client needs and seasonal opportunities.
- Achieve monthly qualified lead and revenue targets.
