Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads to assess intent, fit, budget range, and decision readiness.
- Run discovery calls to understand client goals, current marketing gaps, and growth expectations.
- Evaluate opportunity potential and map requirements to relevant digital marketing services.
- Schedule and facilitate consultation calls with the internal digital marketing strategist.
- Prepare and document strategy briefs capturing client needs and consultation outcomes.
- Present proposals and commercials, explain scope, timelines, and address objections.
- Drive follow-ups and closures through structured nudges across calls and messages.
- Maintain CRM hygiene with accurate notes, deal stages, next actions, and values.
- Track pipeline and conversion metrics and ensure smooth handover post-closure.
