Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation - Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track sales activities.
Client Engagement - Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients to understand their needs and propose customized event solutions.Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Sales Strategy & Execution - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Collaboration & Coordination - Work closely with the event planning and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events and client satisfaction.Coordinate with internal teams to address client requirements and resolve any issues that arise.
Reporting & Documentation - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends for management review.
