We are looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team immediately. This role involves owning both ends of the revenue funnel generating leads through marketing and closing deals through consultative sales. This is a full-time remote role with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Sales Responsibilities
1. Identify and prospect potential clients (SMBs, clinics, hotels, service businesses) through LinkedIn, cold email, WhatsApp, and direct outreach
2. Conduct product demos and discovery calls to understand client needs
3. Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM tools (Zoho)
4. Follow up with prospects and close deals consistently
5. Negotiate and finalize contracts with new clients
6. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
7. Maintain relationships with existing clients to drive renewals and upsells
B. Marketing Responsibilities
1. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google
2. Create content such as posts, short videos, and case studies to generate inbound leads
3. Run email marketing campaigns to nurture and convert leads
4. Manage and grow Voxido's social media presence
5. Track campaign performance (CTR, CPL, conversions) and optimize results
6. Coordinate with the product team to create pitch decks, brochures, and sales materials
7. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to improve positioning
Compensation Structure:
1. Base Salary: 1,80,000 - 2,40,000 per year (fixed)
2. Commission: 10% of Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) for every new client closed
3. Retention Bonus: 5% commission on the client's 2nd and 3rd month renewals
4. Accelerator: 15% commission when monthly targets exceed 120%
5. Milestone Bonus: 5,000 for every 5 new clients signed in a month
6. OTE: 3,50,000 - 5,00,000+ per year (uncapped)
