Touch Down Earth is a boutique luxury travel company specializing in curated global experiences. We work with both individual and corporate clients, offering end-to-end solutions including travel planning, flights, visas, forex, accommodation, and event logistics.
What this role is really about :
This is not a desk job.
This is a high-ownership, on-field sales role where your primary responsibility is to generate revenue by:
- Building relationships with corporates and individuals
- Acquiring new clients from scratch
- Converting opportunities into business
If you enjoy meeting people, handling rejections, and closing deals — this role will reward you well.
Key Responsibilities :
- Meet corporate clients, event companies, and individual clients to generate business
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and outreach
- Pitch end-to-end travel and mobility solutions (travel + transport + events)
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through strong follow-ups
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
Who should you be :
- 1–3 years of experience in sales / business development (any industry)
- Comfortable with on-field meetings and client interactions
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Target-driven with the ability to handle rejection
- Self-motivated and hungry to grow
👉 Experience in travel is NOT mandatory (we will train you)
Who should not apply :
- Looking for a desk or back-end role
- Uncomfortable with field sales or targets
- Prefer working only on inbound leads
- Not willing to take ownership of numbers
Compensation :
- ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month (based on experience)
- Incentives based on performance (high upside)
