Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular market visits and sales meetings with clients.
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the assigned territory.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams for promotional activities and stock management.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Track collection and payment follow-ups from customers.
- Train and guide sales representatives or channel partners when required.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be an individual and a team player
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
