Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to Sales Manager, including pricing, product sourcing, and preparing quotations for Customers.
- Source and negotiate with International Suppliers to obtain the best pricing and track stock availability.
- Act on sales leads and inquiries from Customers, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Track project schedules and generate profit & loss reports for Management.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Department to process orders and manage goods delivery.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address product-related enquiries and system-related issues.
- Opportunity to transition to an outdoor sales role (Account Manager) after 6 months if required.
Requirements
- Candidates with no experience but a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Proactive, with a keen initiative to follow up closely and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, customer service-oriented, and dedicated to understanding Customers' requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet usage, with a good command of the English language.
- Minimum qualification of O Level, A Level, or Diploma certificate.
- Immediate hiring; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.
