Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven Corporate Sales Executive to grow the corporate gifting business at Café Niloufer. The role focuses on identifying corporate opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and converting leads into bulk gifting orders for festivals, employee engagement, client gifting, and special occasions.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting corporates, pitching gifting solutions, and closing B2B deals.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
● Identify and build a database of corporate clients across Hyderabad and other cities
● Reach out to HR teams, admin departments, procurement teams, and leadership offices
● Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking events, and references
Corporate Meetings & Pitching
● Schedule and attend meetings with corporate decision-makers
● Present Café Niloufer’s gifting products and customized gifting solutions
● Understand corporate gifting requirements and propose suitable packages
Sales & Deal Closure
● Convert leads into confirmed orders
● Negotiate pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines
● Achieve monthly and seasonal sales targets (especially during festive periods)
Relationship Management
● Build long-term relationships with corporate clients
● Maintain regular communication for repeat orders and annual gifting contracts
Coordination
● Work with internal teams for product availability, customization, packaging, and dispatch
● Ensure smooth execution of orders and client satisfaction
Market Intelligence
● Track competitor gifting solutions and pricing
● Identify new opportunities such as festivals, company events, conferences, etc.
Required SkillsSales Skills
● Strong B2B sales and negotiation ability
● Comfortable with cold calling and outreach
● Ability to convert leads into long-term clients
Communication
● Strong verbal and presentation skills
● Ability to pitch products confidently to senior corporate professionals

● Organized and good with follow-ups
● Ability to manage multiple clients and orders simultaneously
Preferred Experience● 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales / corporate sales/gifting / FMCG / hospitality sales
● Existing corporate contacts in Hyderabad is a strong advantage
● Experience in corporate gifting, event sales, or institutional sales is preferred
